Hi all 12894pcs Eagle RMA is sorting and cleaning in HongKong. They will be finished by this week and leave HongKong to Vietnam on 07/19. It takes 7 ~ 10days transfer from HK to VN and customs clearance. RMA will start from 07/31. |

Please check using Hong Kong Bangtai? the invoice and logistics also. because the export invoice, we use the Hong Kong Bang Tai. The Korean customs basically import and export to the same place. Hi SH Son, 1. Burnt 불량의 경우 대부분 수리가 가능한데, 워런티 문제로 수리가 안되는건지 재 확인 요청 [Fii-Miya]수리 가능한 게 저희가 다 수리했습니다. 그런데 보여드린 burnt의 경우 제가 다시 확인해봤습니다. 손상이 심해서 수리 불가합니다.주변 부분도 같이 burnt상황이 있으니까 수리 불가라고 판정됩니다. Warranty와 상관이 없습니다. 2. 1차 RMA에 기타 불량 에대한 FA Report는 0001471에다 올리겠습니다. 3. 수리불가(Scrap) 시료: 보고서 확인하시고 문의사항없으면 저희가 따로 패킹해서 다음 RMA시료들과 같이 쉽백하겠습니다. |

HI Ms. Yuuri Ruan, Could you check 3rd RMA shipment is included? We provide RMA batch 3 times. FII return 1st RMA unit 2 times after repairment. But you still have units that you didn't ship yet in 1st RMA batch from Korea. I think that the remainder q'ty in your hand of 1st RMA batch is about 1.6K. What is the 3rd RMA shipment ?
